User filling out form was charged multiple times

    I had a client use a Jotform which is connected to and she was charged 3 times, about 2 hours apart.  

    Please let me know how this happened and how it won't happen again.  There is a screenshot attached.

    It is very likely that the user submitted the form multiple times.  Payment integrations are only triggered once per submission and would need to intentionally be submitted multiple time to trigger multiple payments.

    I would recommend contacting the user who filled out the form to see if this might be the case.  If there was some sort of error on our end where the payments replicated, the submissions would have been very close together, rather than spread out over time.
