If I want to use JotForm for an online photography contract, how do I see the completed contract once it's signed?

I have created a really nice photography contract on JotForm with a smooth signature field.  When the client signs and dates the contract, all that is returned to me is their signature and date.  Is there a way to receive the contract in its entirety so that I will be able to send a signed copy to my client?

In your form submission page, you need to set to ON the option Show Headers & Text
