We use Jotform for our employee onboarding that requires input from HR, the new hire, and hiring manager, and then final notification sends compiled data to a ticket system so that the several offices who must setup access or provide resources can do their part.edit link EDIT edit email
I understand what you meant. On the email of edited submissoin, there is a prefix EDIT: on the subject line.
I have send a request ticket to our higher team support so that they can check on this.
