I do not get notifications when the email is email@example.com, if I try with another mail does work, emails are not spam or the inboxda

I found the recipient e-mail addressed used on your fom https://www.jotformz.com/form/61311496744659 was in bounce list due to this reason
I have fixed it now and removed the email from being bloced. New incoming email should now get through.
You to can remove bounce email in the list using your account. Follow this user guide:
