I checked one of your forms and I was able to replicate the issue you are reporting - http://www.jotformeu.com/form/53306296894365. I have cleared your form cache to fix the issue. To clear your form cache on your end, you can follow the instructions provided in this article: How to Clear Your Form Cache.

Thanx, but the widget (email conf) does not update (se the verify button)...

I see that you are currently making some changes to your form but I checked the current version of the form in your Revision history and it seems to match with the what is displayed when going to your form link. Please see below.
If you are opening your form in Form Builder in different tabs, please close them and try to edit the form in just one browser tab so that your changes are saved correctly.
