Every now a then I get an email stating that I've reached my API limit. I'm not a programmer so I have no idea what this means and looking at other questions about this on the forum have not enlightened me. I've had no form submissions recently so how have I reached any limits? Also, I've looked my API on my account and it's showing "Android 1.0.6" and "Field Manager". What do these do regarding the submission of my forms? Can you explain in full please so I can understand? Thanks.

Since you have third party applications integrated with JotForm they communicate through API calls. Which is limited for Free users to 1000 calls per day. So it's probably that you used all API calls some days and some days you didn't.
That has nothing to do with submissions. so API limit is separate from your submission limit.
You can find more information on this link.
I reset your API limits for today.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
Thank you!

I've already looked in the forum and also at the information contained in the link you provided but my question is still not answered. I need to know what 3rd party apps I have affiliated with my forms. Can you tell me this? Also, can I disable the email alert?

As mentioned in the link provided by Nik_,C if you go to account > API you can see which apps you have:
Maybe this will help you to identify which forms have these apps. I believe it is not possible to disable the alerts, but if you change the email associated with your Jotform account you can receive the alerts on another account, and sometimes this helps. In order to do so please select account > settings > profile> email > edit:
Let us know if we can assist you further.

OK......let me ask this another way. I don't know what either of these 3rd party apps do. Please explain what Android 1.0.6 is. Also please explain what Field Manager is. Once I know what these are I can make a determination.

Field Manager application is used to clone fields, copy them from one form to another, delete fields etc. You can check it here: https://apps.jotform.com/app/field_manager
JotForm Android application that is used to view submissions on your mobile device, so if you installed that application it will create the API key.
Let us know if you have further questions.
Thank you!
