    Hi,

my form does not save "Disable on date and submission limit" preference, in spite of my correct settings.

It just saves the submission limit, not date.

Is there any way I could set also the date limit?

    Thanks a lot

Did you already follow the instructions on this guide, How-to-Limit-Submissions-in-a-Form, and it is not saving?

I have tested the option, Disable on date and submission limit, and it seems to be working fine on my end.

I'll make further testing and get back to you.

    Thank you.

I believe I was able to reproduce what you mean. When you select "Disable on date and submission limit" option as your form's status and you didn't change nor update the date (or at least move it) but change the submission limit number, it will automatically switch to "Disable on submission limit" status.

What I would suggest is if you set the status of your form to "Disable on date and submission limit", update/change/move the expiration date and not just the submission limit. Also, please try to change the expire date last or after you have changed the submission limit before saving any changes.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you.

    Hi Mike,

thank you for your replies and help.

"What I would suggest is if you set the status of your form to "Disable on date and submission limit", update/change/move the expiration date and not just the submission limit. Also, please try to change the expire date last or after you have changed the submission limit before saving any changes."

I had changed both values, but not in the right order you suggested:
    1. Change submission limit
    2. Change date limit
    3. Save

I always changed the date first, then the submission limit, and I saved. Unsuccessfully.
With your suggested procedure for saving changes in the form preferences, now date limit values remain successfully saved.

    Thanks a lot
