Hi guys:I have an open support that I was getting help with entitled:
I am trying to change the header background color and font size in in ...I can't seem to access it now that we've taken it private. I am logged in however when I go to that link, the screen just flashes. It's only that one. I can access other posts easily. Thanks, Steve

Since the thread was set to Private only users who made a post to the thread can view it. I noticed that you opened the thread as a guest user. For now I will set the said post to public just so you can make a comment in the thread, make sure that you are logged in when posting the comment. Once you have done this you will be added to the users who are subscribed to the thread. We can then change the post back to Private.
As of this writing I already set the post to public you should now be able to view and make comments. Please let us know once you are done so that we can set it back to Private.

I am logged in as bubbbab and I still cannot access the thread ow that it is private. Can i continue here or shall we make that thread public?

With your permission I can set the thread to Public, it would make sense to just post related queries on the previous thread to keep it in one place and make it easier to keep track of the issue.
When somebody makes a comment on the thread an email will be sent to other users who are also subscribed to the post. Before setting the post back to Public, have you tried clicking on the View this thread on JotForm Support Forum link in the email (You can find this in the lower right corner in the email)?
