I keep getting this error message on my forms. The internet site reports that the item you requested could not be found, (http/1.0404) I am not sure when the error started. I do know it was working a few days ago. The two forms that I know it is not working on are as follows
When I go in and try to find the forms I am now received a additional error message
I am not sure what I did or how to fix it. Please advise.
The reason why your account is blocked from access is because the forms as well as the account are suspended.
Please check the following:
Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose : sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.
Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the JotForm to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to credit card information and any type of login credentials. You may collect some sensitive information such as social security numbers or driver’s license numbers, but you are required to use best security practices of JotForm including SSL and Encrypted Forms features. You are solely responsible for compliance with any data protection and privacy laws and rules applicable to the sensitive information.
As such it is required for us to delete your forms collecting the same data.
The only way that is allowed to collect credit card details is by using payment processing tools.
I've spent the several days working on four different forms, so today I look under previous questions, said I was accidentally disabled. I just logged in and it says I have no forms. Please tell me this will be corrected, or I may have to shoot myself.
