I see that your email address is in our bounce list and so the emails sent to this email address are failing. Also, it seems that you are using a custom sender email address in the email notification. Could you try changing the sender email address to JotForm default email address and see if that helps?Please refer to the guide below that can help you with setting up email notifications to avoid bounce related issues.Hope this information helps! Kiran..thank you for your assistance. Why would my email be in your bounce list..I'm assuming since May 15th, which was the last form email we had received? I believe I have changed the sender email setting as you suggested.

Generally, the email addresses are added to the bounce list when the emails are repeatedly failed to deliver to a particular address due to any reason. This could be due to email server issue, inbox full, etc.
Are you still experiencing the issue after changing the sender email address to JotForm default address? Let us know if you continue to see the issue so that we'll further investigate it.
