How do I ban IP address from submitting to my form?

Hello,

My name is Adam, and I use Jotform for my Character submission, as well Trello.

I have been having some issues with a student at SCDSB, with the I.P of 

205.211.96.104
and request I have that banned, aswell any other School-board I.P's.

Is there any way I can do this on my own?

Unfortunately, we don't have a feature that will block IP addresses from submitting to your form. You can however use Unique Submissions function in order to disable multiple submissions from one IP address.
