Is there a way that our submission storage can be reset?

Our forms are under Dogs by Debin. Is that something that I can do, or does it have to be done on your end?

Total submissions is the sum of all submissions in your account. You can not reset it in the true form of the word, but you can remove the submissions that you do not need.

To do that simply go into your form submissions panel and delete all submissions that you will no longer need.

It is however good to note that once you remove the submission, it would no longer be possible to restore the same, so you should first download all of the submissions that you intend to keep.

Do of course let us know if you have any questions or issues and we would be happy to assist with the same.

I went in and downloaded our submissions to an Excel spreadsheet and the deleted several pages of older entries. It is still saying that our Submission Storage is full.

I checked your forms and indeed, the total is off.  I ran our fix and the correct total should now be shown.  The fix reduced the total to 899, which is the correct total.  This still puts your account submission storage over limit by 400 submissions.
