I have cancelled your subscription and refunded your most recent subscription payment. You should see the full refund of $90.00 posted to your card in 5-7 business days.
If there is anything else we can assist you with, let us know and we will be happy to help.

I'm sorry but there seems to be a lot of issues with communication that could be solved if I could speak to someone. I did not ask you to cancel. I was asking if I canceled, would I receive a refund? For the time being we need to continue with your company until we find another alternative.

Please reactivate out account immediately.

My apologies, generally when people ask for how to cancel their account and if they can get a refund, they would like to do so. Yes, if you are within 30 days of your subscription for yearly subscription and you cancel, we can refund your subscription.
Since the refund has already been processed, we cannot reverse it. However, if you would like to sign up for the same plan once again, that can be done through this link:

Unless the money went directly back to my business credit card ( which I'm sure this takes a few days to process) I do not have the $90 on the card to reinstate this. Please find someone that can take care of. While I appreciate your apologies I do not appreciate the wasting of my time. I will will expect to hear back from you or a supervisor letting me know that this had been taken care of.

Unfortunately, since the refund was processed, the subscription cannot be reactivated. Refunds cannot be reversed. Though I did misinterpret what you were looking for, it did indeed look like a request for a cancellation and refund. This is why I processed the request. I did not intend to waste anyone's time.
There should not be anything currently that will cause your account to be overlimit with the exception of total submissions stored. Those limits do not take affect for another month so there should be nothing to worry about while waiting for the refund.

@Elena I have moved your request to a thread of its own. I will address it in the following thread shortly:
- lcoltenAnswered on August 12, 2016 at 03:45 PMThis old. Please ignore.

@lcolten The request was posted by another users in your thread. I moved it to its own thread to avoid confusion, however, it looks like you have posted there also. Your account will not be affected by the other users request.
