Regarding this form:
Why is my If Do logic working the first time I use it but not the second time in the same form?
This is a form a parent has to fill out for all the kids in their family and I didn't want it to be such a daunting form by having all the questions for all 5 kids show, if they only had 1 or 2 kids. So I'm asking if they have more kids, and want the questions for kid #2 to show if they say yes. Then it will ask if they have more kids and if they say yes, then the questions for kid #3 will show, etc, etc.
It works the first time I ask, but not the next times. Why?Page URL:

I have inspected form you provided and you do not have any conditions to hide/show fields. Did you deleted them or are you working on some other form?
I would suggest you to add form collapse fields to your form and then Show or Hide multiple fields at once using form collapse tool. Inside of this guide you can find how to do it:
More about conditional logic you can find inside of this guide:
I have also made demo form from your cloned form. Here is my demo form: https://form.jotform.com/61445816135960
Feel free to test it and clone it.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
