Now that my Contact form testing  is in working order, I am attempting to put the code (embed, source ?) in a Server Side Include -- i.e., the form on some 10 pages or so, and Not on 5 pages or so.

Nothing is working - any instructions you can forward me to?  (Not finding this subject in your Help / FAQs)

    Thank you.

    Gwenn

If I understand you correctly you would like to embed or incorporate your form into 10 different sites. There are many different option Jotform enables you to use.

Which Form Embed Code Should I Use

We always recommend using iFrame script to embed your form. This will eliminate any possible conflicts that your site can have with the form. If you wish or require to use the source code, this is also possible.

Please let us know if you require additional information.

No, 10 different pages, not sites. My SSI just isn't showing up. I've tried the iFrame, and the direct source code. Not sure what to do next. (My server is SSI-friendly.)

I'll keep trying. And, thank you very much for responding promptly, Victor.

Can you please indicate the form you wish to embed and the site URL, so we may better help. I have just reviewed the form, https://www.jotform.com/61438156715155. I am assuming you are referring to another as this is only a single page form.

We will do our best to help.

You are correct this is the form, it's actually not a Page, it's just a small box form (which I'd prefer was even smaller." It's in my right sidebar.

    Site: http://baybridgecentral.com/bbfitness/indexTEST.html

But I'd like to make the form into a SSI. Thanks, Victor.

I see that the form embedded on the URL provided your post is already using SSL.

I have also tried submitting your JotForm on the web page and was able to submit it without any issue.

Could you share any of the other web pages so that we can take and identify the issue?

We will wait for your response. Thank you!

Thank you. I see what you mean, but that SSI is within your database, not in My website server. It's OK. I will try something else. I still like your company and will likely try the upgrade shortly. Just testing and you are much appreciated. And, much simpler, responsive, and friendlier than another leading contact form company. Glad I found you. :)

You are welcome. We are glad that you liked our service and we appreciate your kind comments. If you want your website address to use with https, it is required to have an SSL certificate installed for your domain. You may need to check with your hosting company for getting an SSL certificate.

If you have any other questions, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
