iPad app login

    I cannot seem to get logged into the APP on my iPad.  It tells me the user name or password isn't correct. However, I am able to login through Safari on the iPad and my laptop.

    I just test the app on iPhone and I was able to login with no issue. Can you try reinstalling the application to see if that fixes the problem.

    I uninstalled and reinstalled the JotForm App and still will not let me login.

    Looks like your account has been suspended, and there is also no forms or submissions in it. 

    I have also noticed that there are several accounts recently created under the same domain as your email with no forms, that might be also suspended (For creating several free account).
