InfusionSoft: Form is integrated with InfusionSoft, but shows an integration with Webbhooks instead.

This thread came to my attention because I just noticed that some of our contacts were not coming through to Infusionsoft after taking our survey.  This is very recent.  When going back to check our integration I came across Webhooks and don't remember seeing that checked as an integration about a month ago when I was working with it.

Just wanted to chime in to let support know there is another person with some similar issues.

I have checked your account and I can see you have not created forms, but there are some shared with you, I checked each form and I found some that are integrated with InfusionSoft, the other forms have not an integration, here are the IDs of the forms currently integrated with Infusionsoft:

I have opened the integrations wizard and I found the integration with Infusionsoft checked, that is the only one checked on those forms. 

If this is related to another form, please provide us with the ID / name of that form so we will check if and find if the integration is correct.
