Why have you suspended my account???!!!

    You have suspended my account for violation of terms following a complaint from somebody pretending to be Hayley Stewart from The Department Of Health. I have spoken with Hayley this morning and she has confirmed that it was not her that made the complaint, nor any member of her team. I suspect this is the activity of one of my competitors as the market I work in - processing online applications for European Health Insurance Cards (EHIC) - is extremely competitive and notoriously shark infested!

    I received 17 applications last night and I need to be able to download the csv file, process the applications that customers have paid me for and also get my account unsuspended and the form working again. HELP!!!!!

    Can you please look at this urgently because mine is most definitely NOT a phishing site, we provide an open and honest service and Hayley Stewart herself is quite happy with what we're doing and happy with our website.

    Please, please, please reinstate my account ASAP because I need to earn a living! I do understand that you must be responsible in reacting to any complaints about users of your form system, however in this case you have been misled by somebody pretending to be Hayley Stewart.
