Please help me. I am trying to log in but can not and I have not received an emailPage URL:

I checked our logs and indeed, the reset emails were failing to be delivered. It looks like at some point your address was rejecting emails from our services as spam. This resulted in your address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.
I removed your address from the list and sent the reset email once again. According to our logs, it went through this time. Check your inbox to see if it has arrived.
