The email notifications are not being received on multiple websites. Nothing has changed on the forms, they just stopped showing up in my inbox.

Everything should be working fine now. I have made some test submissions and all notifications were successfully sent to your email 'email@example.com'.
You might also consider whitelist JotForm IPs to help prevent this issue in the future - Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
