Notification Emails

    Hi!

    I've used jotform for years and love it. We have been using it for registration for our VBS this summer and I've always had it set to send me an email when I receive new registrations. For some reason, after several weeks of sending me email notices, it has just stopped. I have checked the email notification and sent a 'test email' but I never receive the email. I receive other emails just fine, so I'm not sure what would have caused it to stop sending me notices....any ideas or ways you can help me?

    I checked our mail logs for the address in your form and indeed, the emails have been failing to send.  It looks like your address was rejecting emails as spam for a period of time.  This resulted in your address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails. 

    I remove your address from the list and the notifications should attempt to send to your address once again.  For more information on how to prevent this in the future, please see the following guide:
