I have received several encrypted forms and the key provided to me does not decode the forms.

I had set for the emailed forms to be encrypted.  This was causeing problems so the encryption was removed.  I did save the key provided to me and have clicked on the decode button but it is no longer decoding the forms.

Why is the key no longer working?

If I understand correctly you had an encrypted form. But then you removed the encryption from the form. And now when you try to view the submissions of the un-encrypted form, the key is no longer working?

Please note that when you remove the encryption of a form, the previous submissions that were encrypted will remain encrypted. Only new submissions after you have removed the encryption will no longer be encrypted. If you want to view the previous encrypted data, you may want to turn on the encryption of the form again. However, make sure that you use the same key as before, so that the decryption will work.
