    Google Spreadsheet Integration: Form field with labels in Chinese characters won't update on the spreadsheet

    你們回覆如下,問題是每次我都要移除再重新連結,這樣等於沒有解決問題

    我必須一直移除再重新連結,之前的資料才會出現

    請幫忙解決問題

    I've cloned and tested your form. At the first, I was able to reproduce the same issue that you're having the google spreadsheet integration was blank. However, I removed the integration and added it again. Now it seems it is working properly on my side.

    Could you also remove your integration and re-integrate your Google spreadsheets Integration again?

    Hi,

    Please avoid creating multiple threads for the same concern or question. Please reply to this thread link https://www.jotform.com/answers/846512, instead of opening a new one. Only reply on this thread.

    I was able to replicate the problem, it seems like it is related to the Chinese characters on your fields that represents the columns in the spreadsheet:

    These Chinese characters in your form field labels:

    Represents the columns here:

     

    I have forwarded this to our developers to have it checked and fixed. We will update you on this thread as soon as this has been resolved.

    The problem is not solved and the data is still incomplete. You say" Chinese characters seems to be the reason why the columns are not updating in real-time." If I use  English characters,my customer can't read it .Because they can't speak English.

    Please help me solve the question.Thank you.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We understand that you require the characters to be in Chinese so that your customers can read it. I would like to inform you that our developers are currently investigating your issue. Unfortunately, we cannot give you an estimated time frame for when this issue will be resolved. But rest assured we will let you know on this thread as soon as we have any news from our developers.
