Would like to know how different services compare on responsive design. Are their newsletters readable on smartphone screens?

I would like to inform you that all these services listed offer newsletters that are responsive on smartphone screens and other devices.

I can suggest you check out Campaign Monitor's list where you can see the responsiveness of their client on most of the devices. Here's a link to that article: https://www.campaignmonitor.com/dev-resources/guides/mobile/

You can also check out VerticalResponse's page that shows the responsiveness of the email in different devices here: http://www.verticalresponse.com/

Constant Contact also has a blog regarding the responsiveness of their templates. http://blogs.constantcontact.com/mobile-friendly-email-templates/

If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Thanks for that information. Viewability on small screens is a big concern for me.

On behalf of my colleague, you are welcome. Since this are third party applications, I suggest you contact them with your concern. I am assuming they will adjust dynamically to the screen size.
