How to expand the width of text box on check-box field

I would like to tidy up my form by formatting check-box text field sizes

At present, my check box text fields, text wrap like:

"Hide

Authorisation,

Medication and

Minor Ailments"

I would like each text field to look like:

Hide Authorisation, Medication and Minor Ailments

I have searched the forum and tried injecting CSS but it does not seem to take effect.

I must be doing something wrong I guess!

When I checked your CSS I see that injected CSS code which is max-width:146px; is preventing for expanding your label.

To solve that issue, kindly delete that CSS code below.

max-width:146px;
