The email address email@example.com seems to have been added to the bounce list, which may be why you are not receiving any email notifications. I have now removed the address from the bounce list so the next notifications should be sent successfully.
You can also remove an email address from the bounce list using your account. Simply follow this guide: How to Remove Your Email Address from Bounce List
As for your other concern, I checked your account and I can see that your username is portart. Please try logging in to your account using that username.
