Yes, this is possible in several ways.
1. You can filter/search your submissions directly on the submissions page of your form:
https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions
At the bottom, under the grid/table with your submissions, you can simply enter whatever the term you want to filter your submissions for:
If you enter "Seattle", it will display only those submissions that have the term "Seattle" in them.
2. Alternatively to using the submissions page, you can also set up a Visual Report:

On the Visual Report of your submissions, you can simply set up a filter to display only specific submissions, based on question and answer:
