There is no actual limit on the number of conditions that can be present. If your form is big, it is a good thing to not add too many conditions in such case, as it could slow things down.
In general you should have no issues with up to 100 conditions, however I did see forms with 1000 conditions and forms with just few and even none. Next to that the one with 1000 conditions worked faster than one I recall with 300 conditions, so it is all up to the complexity of the form and the conditions that you have.
