Sorry for the inconvenience. After re-calculating the total submission, I noticed that it went from 1700+ to 1590 total submission.

Unfortunately, you are still over the limit, you will be require to delete about 1100 submission or upgrade your plan.

If you decide to delete and notice that the counter has not reset, do let us know. We will look into it and reset it for you.

Thank you for your answer, but I think you counting routine is not OK because I am under 500 now and the counter still says 1596. Also at soms forms is still indicated that there is an unread submission.

    Grtz, Frank

No need to worry about it, your forms will not be disabled by reaching this limit, the system will automatically delete old submissions except for the 500 most recent ones.

So, just make sure to download all your forms submissions data at once, by using our new tool, before the system deletes them: https://www.jotform.com/blog/214-New-Feature-Export-Your-Data-for-All-of-Your-Forms-with-the-New-Data-Export-Tool

I am not worried, but I am trying to explain what is happening and that you have a bug in tour software.

The answers you and your colleague gave me I allready knew but your colleague asked me also to answer if the counter did not reset. Can you also resolve the problem about the counting in unread submissions. As you can see there is one form indicating that there is 1 unread submission

I checked the total submission count on your form again and it is already down to 686 submissions.

I would suggest you try to log out then log in from your account and see if it's already showing that number. Also, please be reminded that the total submission counts every submission of all forms in all folders in your My Forms page. Which means it also count the total submissions in your Archives Folder and Trash Folder.

With regards to the unread submissions, the one you're seeing on the left side of the form title on My Forms page, it refers to unread messages in your inbox.

Try opening the inbox to read the unread messages.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you.
