Form content disappeared after receiving an error

Hi there

I was just updating a form that i have been using for a few years without problems. I had just updated the records and was just in the process of editing the email notifications forms when a script error appeared just before it loaded. When i returned to the form, all but the header is missing - and there was a lot there!

Any ideas? Hoping your system has a backup feature. eeek!

You should be able to restore your form by using the form revisions tool: How to View Form Revision History

Do of course let us know how it goes and if you recall what was the error that you got before it all went blank.
