How can I work around the "Check your credentials" message when trying to integrate Box on for?

    I am trying to integrate Box on my form and the authentication keeps failing, saying I should check my credentials. How can I work around this?

    I was able to integrate Box.com on a cloned form based on yours.

    Make sure that you grant access on JotForm app to Box.com. After that, you should see that it shows as authenticated:

    You can first try opening a new tab on the same browser, the log in your account on www.Box.com. After that, that's when you start to integrate your form in JotForm's Box.com integration page.
