    Submissions Page: Form shows there are submissions, but they are not being displayed in submissions page.

    The forms themselves are not the problem.  When we go to view the submissions, it will tell us there are 3 or 4 submissions and when we open the folder, there is nothing to display.  This glitch happens every so often.  Can someone clear this up on your end or is there something we need to do?

    I took a look at the account holding the forms (GeoArm) and I saw what you mean. I do also remember that you have contacted us earlier about the same issue as well.

    This does not happen often, but it does seem that it happens to you after some point (for some strange reason). In my experience I saw your thread and up to 2 more for 2 years, so if this starts happening again, please do let us know and we would be happy to sort it all out for you.

    Since it is not happening often, it is hard to pinpoint what exactly happened especially since only few forms have this issue with millions of forms not having the same.

    As mentioned, if it happens again, just let us know what are the forms with the issue and we would be happy to fix them for you.

    Just checked the forms and it is still there.  Please let me know when the issue is resolved and i will check again.

    I feel like i have fell through the cracks.  Is 9 - 10 business days enough time?  How much longer shall i wait?  Please let me know.

    Could you please tell us which forms you are having an issue with and we will check them out specifically. I have just run a check on the entire account now, however if you are still noticing it on specific forms, do let us know which ones they are.

    It would take me 30 minutes to type out all of the forms that are wrong.  

     

    How can i go about uploading a picture?  Let me know if this works.  This is only about 75% of them

    I found one form where this is happening, I checked the form and it says there are 3 submissions, one of them is new, but when I opened the submissions page there is nothing displayed, this form is the one I found with this issue: https://form.jotform.com/32824132054950 

    I will escalate this issue and provide this form, would be good if you could share us the list of all the forms with this issue so we can update the ticket I will open and the developer assigned will check this. 

    We will notify you via this thread once this is resolved.
