Unable to sign in

    My email and password is automatic so I know they are correct, but when I clink on the login button, nothing happens. This has happened several times.

    Your email address is associated to 2 user accounts. Are you logging in using your username or your email address? 

    Please try to login using the username. If it is still the same, please try if you can login to JotForm using another browser.

    If you found out that the password is incorrect or if you forgot your password, please use the forgot password feature. Just go to https://www.jotform.com/login and click the Forgot Password text link.

    I use my username, not email. Sorry. It automatically comes up as it is saved, but a few times it doesn’t login. I’ll try a different browser next time, as I was finally able to get in today.
