Form Link off of site is generating Error Message

    We can view and edit forms but link to form off site generates and error message.

    As far as I know we aren't having any site issues at the moment today.

    I checked your form but it appears to be working properly on my end.

    Would you mind telling us more about the errors you are experiencing if this is still a problem?
