Submissions Storage not resetting after deletion

I got a notice from you regarding my storage limit being exceeded. So I logged in and deleted a bunch of old submissions. However, the storage limit still reads that I am exceeding my limit. Is there a step for deleting old submissions that I am missing? Or is the submission cache getting hung, etc?

Also, I did clear the cache in this account.

    Thank you,
    -Gary

I checked your forms and one still has over 500 and one over 400:

Submissions can be deleted from the submission view of your account:

Make sure to back up any data you will need later prior to deleting submissions.  Once a submission is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

But if you actually view the submissions themselves, you'll see that those forms have far less than 500 and 400. I deleted the majority of the submissions associated with those forms and the other forms, but the submission count is incorrect.

Jot form's submissions total is not reflected the submissions that have been deleted.

My apologies, you are correct.  The wrong count is indeed showing.  I ran our fix and the correct numbers should now be shown.  If you have any further trouble with this on your end, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
