Payment problem.

    Hello,

    I want to make a complaint.

    Last year I bought you two bronze package.

    Now I find out that you are automatically withdrew my money twice a month.

    What does that mean?

    I want a refund money back.

    Your service, I only used it twice. (20.september 2015 and 21.october 2015)

    I dont understand the reason why you withdrew my money when i have not used your services after.

    Be aware that JotForm is a subscription service and will continue until you cancel. This means that it will auto-renew  at the end of each term and you will be charged for the subsequent term.

    At any rate, I've reverted the latest charge back to your Paypal account.
