    Forms Not Sending to Notification Email

    Hello,

    When the form below is submitted, it sends an email to the person filling out the form fine, but does not send it to our AFR email address as a notification. When I use the test email button, the email goes through fine.

    I have checked our spam filter and nothing is getting caught in there, in fact, we have the email address from Jotform white listed from using the test email that comes across.

    Not sure what else to check.

    I did some test submissions on your form, can you please confirm if you received anything?

    I checked your email and it is not in our Bounce list.

    Also could you please try to create Notifier again and see if that will solve the problem.

    We'll wait for your response so we can investigate further if the issue persists.

    Deleting the notification out and re-building from scratch seems to have solved the issue.
