Our form won't be disabled for new patient submissions when the plan changes to 500 limit on Jube 30th will it?Asked by greendentalforms on May 25, 2016 at 05:23 PM
We received an email that as of June 30, 2016 we will lose old submissions if we are over 500 limit. Will patients still be able to access and submit new forms? Am I understanding correctly to say that only the oldest forms submitted will begin to delete? Our stored forms will be at 500 but old ones will delete when new are submitted? Please inform.
Your forms will not be disabled, your patients will still be able to access and submit new forms. So, you are understanding correctly, your stored forms will be at 500, when a new one is submitted, the oldest one will be deleted.
Let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.
