i am in the
$45.00 Premium Yearly
an i already reach the my monthly viewers, if i upgrade to the silver plan it would be $49 Monthly
the account resets on the 5th day, i dont whant to pay $49 for 10 days of views, what can i do?

If you do not want to upgrade to the new Silver plan, then you will need to wait until the first day of the next month (June 1st) for the Form Views counter to reset to 0. Alternatively, you can also add a Jotform footer on all your forms to remove the form view limits. To do so, please read the "How can we increase the form views?" section of this article: Form View Limits: What is it all about?
