I was recently told I had to upgrade my account to support more form views. Then, I was told I was over my 10,000 form view limit. But when I viewed the analytic data from your own website's beta tool, none of my forms came even close to approaching that limit - either separately or collectively.
I was always impressed with your service until recently, but I find paying that much each month is just not worth it and after seeing the data, I feel ripped-off.
I sincerely hope you revisit this new policy and attempt to reconcile with your long-time users and customers.
