Question about the storage limit.

I am getting a message about no submission storage available, but I have deleted aroung 2 or 3 hundred submissions but the submission storage amount is not changing

I see that your account is a Starter (Free) account. Starter accounts have 500 total submission storage available. I have recalculated your total storage and it is now currently at 123 submissions. The changes should now reflect on your account. If you need further assistance, please let us know.
