hi! We're new to Jot Form, so I apologize if this questions seems silly.
We are a Home and School Association and I'd like to create a form that lists committees as well as HSA board rolls and contact info. Several people (and information for them) will need to be listed on each form.
Is this something Jot Form can do?
Thanks for your help,

I'm not sure if I understood your question, so you want to display that information in your form, will users select some of this info and then submit the form?
I'm not sure about that, but if you're trying to list some info you may use a drop down for this:
But if you want to display the data when this is submitted in your form, then this can be achieved by embedding a report in your form, here are some reports that may help you:
How-to-create-an-HTML-Table-Listing-Report
How-to-create-a-Grid-Listing-report
Here is the link to the iFrame widget that will help you to embed the report in your form:
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/iframe_embed
And this guide will help you to get the widget in your form: How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form
But please provide us more details about what you're looking for, so we will be able to provide the correct steps to achieve what you want.
We will wait for your response.
