    Sending a form request via Email, rather than via a link on one's website.

    I'd like to use a form to collect data from a limited number of specific users (e.g., 25), and rather than putting a link to JotForm on our website, send each user an email with a link to the form.

    However, when I use the Embed Form Wizard and choose the Email option under "Other Platforms", there appears to be a limit to the number of different email addresses that one can enter there.

    So, is it possible to enter users address in JotForm, or must I send each of these people an email containing the JotForm URL specifying the form they're to use?  Perhaps I misunderstand the intended used of the Email option under "Other Platforms", but couldn't find anything in your User Guide that mentions it.

    You can actually use the CC function on your organization's email. Just copy and paste the message on your email and send them to your contacts. This way, all of them will be able to receive the email with the link to your form.
