I'm trying to upgrade my current plan into a BRONZE plan. I've already inputted all the necessary details but when I clicked on "Generate Proforma Invoice" it leads to a page that's not working.
There were also no other buttons in the pop up window that I could press (ex. "Next", etc.). Not knowing what else I could do, I ended up just closing the window. When I logged in again, my plan was still back to the Basic/Free plan.

It might be a glitch on BlueSnap's end. I have checked our logs and I did not find any record coming from BlueSnap with relation to your username of any requests. So you can probably try out later if the glitch gets fixed, or you can try other methods of subscription such as Paypal or by means of credit card.
