    Yes it is Simple!

    To add an image or logo, edit your form and see the left panel of your form editor.  You can click Power Tools to expand the list and then simply add the Image tool.

    Once you have the set field in your form, click the wiward icon

    You will have 3 options to choose from, you can enter the URL of the image from another server, you can upload an image, or choose from Jotform's list of images available to use for everyone.
