Jotform goes to customer spam when links are emailed

    I have received countless undelivered email returns every time a jotform link is in the body of my emails. 

    I have uploaded a screenshot of the error message stating that the jotform URL has been listed as spam. Please help?!

    Thank you for letting us know about the issue. I have placed a request to whitelist the domain from the spam list which would take some time to resolve it. Could you forward us the email being sent with the JotForm link and the bounce message that you have received to support@jotform.com? This would help us in investigating the issue further.

    Please add "Support Forum - 847607" to the subject line so that we can identify the email. Once the emails are forwarded you may also let us know here so that we can take a quick look.

    I notice that the domain was blacklisted by ivmURI yesterday and it has been resolved now. So far, I do not see any issues with the domain. Could you check once again and let us know if the issue still persists? We will be happy to take a look again.
