Hi, I am trying to collate a list of training topics required by my users. I am also interested in understanding how popular these topics are amongst others.

For this purpose I need to create a poll which allows users to create more options. For example:

On what topics do you require general articles or comprehensive training?

option 1. How to start a business in Sri Lanka

option 2. What type of business I should start

option 3. What approvals i need to get

option 4. How to structure the shareholding of a company

option 5. Other - pls specify

When user clicks "Other -pls specify" he can create an additional option which is displayed as Option 5, and "Other - pls specify" moves down to option 6.

The % votes should also appear alongside the options. A voter should be able to select more than 1 option.

Is it possible to create such a thing?

Yes, that's possible using the following widget.

It's called User Contributable Checkbox where users can add their options and becomes available to the other users. You can remove the user's options when you edit your form on the form builder.

With regards to the number of votes, unfortunately, this widget does not have that option. You may consider creating a visual report for that out of the form submissions data.
