Is it possible to integrate a form with Zoho?

On another note, I have been developing this form see below

Its not quite finished yet, but as you can see contains a huge amount of data. I understand the jotform can be integrated with zoho create, if I created an identical database with the same fields in zoho as this form is it possible to integrate this completed form and its contents into zoho?

Basically I think you are asking if it's possible to integrate your form with zoho.

So in short yes it's possible to integrate your form with zoho since we have a zoho integration.

As far as I know it should work with several fields.

The best way to test it is to integrate with it and check.

All fields that are mappable will show up and then you will just have to match some accordingly.

It seems to me though that you are concerned about the complexity involved in this with a form your size so I will check on this further for you and get back to you about it as soon as possible.
