Someone recently filled out our form. However, we only received notification from PayPal about the payment. We did not receive an email with the information filled out in the form. Can you please tell me who is set up to receive notification emails, how I can change that email address, and why you think we may not have received the notification last week when the form was submitted? Thank you.

By default notification is set with the email address you created the account with. But there is no recipient email in your notification setting.
You simply need to add the email address that should receive the notifications under 'Recipient Emails'.
