How to embed your form in PrestaShop?

I created a form with your platform to create form and when to insert this form in my page that is created through CMS PRESTASHOP , whatever you do always tell me that El campo content no es válido. As it happens I have already tested more than 20 different methods that are different solutions I've found online and does not work in any way , my question is How do I insert this form in my page so that not any errors ? I hope his answer because I sorely needed I give my url but it is no use to view the form should let me and not let me insert
